No, that's obviously completely inaccurate.

Kim didn't have anything to do with the Ruppert fake loan scam

When Kim bought control of this POS scam, EVERYONE knew about the Ruppert notes. I wrote about them repeatedly.

There's simply NO WAY that Kim got involved here without knowing about them. It was OBVIOUS. It was PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.

Are you seriously suggesting that Kim bought control of a known penny stock scam company without researching who the note holders were?

That's absurd.
