Because of possible manipulaton?

The last trade was a BUY for 500 shares @.07 ($35.00) while the trade before that was a BUY for 10,000 shares @.029 ($290.00). No descrepency there in BUY price. lol

BUY VOLUME=43,833
SELL VOLUME=280,605

"Marking the close" is a form of market manipulation. The practice involves attempting to influence the closing price of a security by executing purchase or sale orders at or near the close of normal trading hours.
