If shares are offered at 0.0125, why is it trading now at .007?, makes no damn sense!...….did anyone looked at these numbers, why did HMPQ tanked when the offering was not a bad news at all, they are not offering at half a cent or .006/.007?, bizarre sell off!? or heavy shorting?
