Lol it’s great. Ive read all the documents.

The US tried to say hey, we have enough info here and know that there’s no reason to go to mediation because USRM won’t budge and we feel that we are in the right.

The judge said: No. that’s not good enough reason not to sit through mediation.

How could that be interpreted as bad. What’s bad is if the judge would’ve agreed to that, then agreed to the summary judgement that the Gov proposed. But she did neither. All good imo
