I agree that they are likely wanting to take control of the company away from Peabody. Although they have been saying in their disclosures that they had 3 million preferred shares authorized for a while now, they must have figured out that they had never actually filed the paperwork with the Utah SoS. Now they are caught up and Max can issue himself more preferred's than the 1 million that Peabody owns.
