$15.896 mil. USD, is a lot of UBA IT, however. The audited report 2018, for UBA, (which may have cost that much(?)): has an operating expenses page, if anyone scrolls way down, past or near page 100. Contract Services are $12,786 in millions of Naira, IT support and related Expenses are $5,674 in millions of Naira. $35.8 mil. USD, is janitorial, security, and maybe including the license fees expense. The $15.8 mil. USD, of IT support and related expenses: More likely includes the license fees expense. The increase over 2017, (from Memory, so far) looks to be about $2.0 mil. USD, which could include some or all of an Email Moni increase, above 2017. The Company last reported owing about $4.0 mil., 3 yrs ago. Electricity is known to be cheaper, in fact, than manual labor(?). That is about all it owed. UBA does everything else.

Contract Services and IT & Related Services are not further itemized. There is evidence supporting Company revenue from Africa having happened in 2018. Then betting sites were less supported, after the mid-year promotions. That may have been preparation for the current new IT, given Nigerian federal developments. HSK reported that the site had been down over the recent weekend, maybe adjusting for something.
