Randy Torno promised a $500,000 contract in Kenya for ANCE. Never came to fruition and they just stopped publishing financials and PRs other than a PR in Nov 2018 promising website updates the next month which also never happened. Torno contracts are not proof of concept. The skull and crossbones investor warning for ANCE still exists on the OTC markets website.
