Two answers to this. First, call the authorities already or file that class action lawsuit. Or second, and better yet, come on in and replace Mr. Berman. Obviously he is corrupt, incompetent and obviously he is stealing from shareholders, former shareholders, and non-shareholders. Any message board poster could do a better job.
