Thanks for the clarity on decommissioning. Only thing I was suggesting was that an earlier decommissioning would have made James_E's reasoning chronologically invalid.

I still don't buy it, though. There's no way the company would have proven long-term stability that long ago and not said anything about it, or shown more urgency about progress since then.

It would also demonstrate a level of professional foresight that has not previously been shown by this management team. They can't even get something right that they say is six weeks out.
