"There is no time limit on how long the Stay can be extended. During the Stay period, the company will often continue operating, although it may commence restructuring activities at any time."
Another interesting note:
"Plans can include an offer of shares of the company in exchange for the debt outstanding or a combination of cash and shares."
That is very interesting. So they can restructure at any point. They can also offer cash AND shares to pay off debts? Now wait why would they offer shares if no longer operating? Hmmm? Restructuring? Hmm....hmmmm
Well sounds all too complicated to be nothing. A stay would never have been granted if a done deal was made. Sounds to me like a stall in order to finalize restructuring details and cash/share numbers etc. If a deal was finalized this show would be over by now plain and simple. BUT AIMHO!!!!
