They are asking him to take corrective measures. When you read the whole letter you will see what the violations are that they are asking him to correct, none of them threaten the company’s existence.
They acknowledge that products like his exist in the market and are legal to sell, he just needs to comply with some rules
I highly doubt the chief of the FDA would come out and make such a statement, claiming that the company is a scam
It appears to me that market watch has its own agenda and took advantage of a warning letter to turn it into Nutra Pharma up being a scam
