Interesting! Can you share a link to the bill? I started out going the Tim Sykes route and quickly switched up my approach. Not all OTC companies are garbage like he teaches. Lots of money is lost by new investors trying his extremely risky methods even with his risk management. It's better to approach the market from the other (intermediate to long term) end imo and work your way into more short term trades if that's your cup of tea. INND is a prime example that not all OTC companies are worthless.
