This is not an SEC-registered business. Kali is not a part of the ACI Conglomerate run by Steven Rash. Kali's CEO has been doing business with Rash and Puration's CEO for many years.

One can step back and see that Rash's businesses have created a business ecosystem that ensures revenues.

Only reason I won't buy into Rash's companies is his obsession with redundant and pumpy news releases along with his issuance of shares to levels rarely seen on the OTC.

Kali is a separate operation in joint ventures with ACI businesses.
