Yeah they have, you'd expect to see PR's drop like that during a promo, but the volume and bid action doesn't really seem very promo-ish. There was a 100K trade @ .10 today though, first bigger trade, so perhaps it will get going here shortly.

Then again, maybe NoDummy's report killed any mojo for the promo....lol.
