On May 3rd TNXP will hold an nnual SH mtg. One item up for vote is "To approve an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, as amended, to increase the Company’s authorized shares of common stock from 15,000,000 to 150,000,000;" Is this just shelf offering with the ability to dilute but no definitive stated plan to do so???? Comments???
