I already new the conextion with MDCN and i did dicuss this with some people in privat but i tought it was best not to share it. But now people are tweeting it and posting here so i think it is best i let you guys now what i THINK is going on (the big picture)
I try to do my best explaining it good in Englisch because i am Dutch :)

Wayne Hansen was the CFO of MDCN and he resignd there and started with $GRSO. At the same time Ken Williams (old ceo MDCN) tweeted that MDCN have merged with a fantastic company and that he is no longer the CEO.
Mr Hansen has also extensive experience in mergers and acquisistions!!

This can not be a coincidence imo

Wayne Hanson is/was also the CFO of 420 property management FTPM
www.420prop.com. The president there is Jamie Payton who is also a shareholder in the 8K of $GRSO!!

What I think this means:

Chad Fischl CEO of $GRSO has Farm Boys Designs and has the knowledge how to grow and the equipment from farmboysdesign.

MDCN is a Producer and Distributor of Pharmaceutical Grade Cannabis!
Mdcn has also a $5M note with EGOH!!!

FTPM 420 Property Management is a diversified real estate development and property management company with a focus on the burgeoning hemp, cannabis, medical and legal marijuana industries.
So they have property to grow??!!

imo this pr is/was true but it was a mistake that they posted it.

The name of the company was Cannabis Grow Land LLC in colorado! and if you look up this firm you see on Bloomberg that the company had a Merger/Acquisition on November 14, 2018

So i hope you see the conextion with this!

Last but not least are in the 8k allot of famely of Chad Fischl shareholders. Why would he do that if he has no big plans for $GRSO?
There are also allot of names in it that i could not find maybe some one can help with this? And why is Wayne Hansen not in the 8K as shareholder?

You have also Pure Roots Holdings, Pure Roots Farms and Pure Roots Middle East corp. There is a whole lot more to it imo. Farm Boys wants to go to the Middle East!

After Multiple emails to Farm Boys and mails true Facebook i found Chad Fischl his Mobile Phone and texted him and his replay was:

Why would a small start up company let this firm do all the talking? Other CEO's tweet and mail all the time lol. I think it is very meaningfull they let a law firm do it!!
