As I recall, the main testing is about stability for traveling after the coal is treated. And the wait period on that part alone is nine months. That’s after the initial processing, which is the six-week part.

Bottom line: Eves was BS’ing. Again. But nobody should’ve been fooled by it, since it’s the kind of BS that’s typical of “sponsored content” in a tout rag.
