Its definitely antibiotics. I have 3 children two with gut issues and allergy issues. Older two had antibiotics at birth, youngest nothing. Oldest was exposed to the largest amount and her problems are the worst. When she was a baby she was allergic to every food she or my wife ever ate. I'm not talking IGe allergy, I'm talking IGG. Poor girl was in so much pain as an infant. Fortunately we found a DO that intergrated chinese medicine into her practice. We were able to eliminate all allergic responses for a time with some returning. Interestingly my oldest behavior improved immensely once these treatments completed and she began to feel better and began to progress in her development.
We eliminated my middle childs allergies not long after he was born.
We tested the youngest and she had 1 allergy, peanuts, a family allergy.

To illustrate how these allergic responses can manifest I'll tell you about a reaction my wife had to pork. During a period of time my wife would eat pork and become very agitated and angry. It literally changed her. Removed it from her body and sure enough she was her normal self again. We had this tested eventually and discovered that pork was impacting her brain somehow. She received the treatment and the allergy was gone and hasnt returned.

Its completely normal to develop an igg allergy to a food. Most of the time we dont notice and they go away naturally. Not exactly sure why the allergies happen but they do.

Antibiotics do not damage adults as bad as they do infants and young children. Because my older two received antibiotics at birth it prevented good bacteria from proliferating and establishing in the gut while colostrum was in my wife's breast milk. Colostrum plays a major role in bacteria proliferation through coating the gut lining so bacteria can adhere and providing food base for the bacteria to grow. If good bacteria isnt established early on, yeasts can gain a large footing. Eventually bacteria does establish itself but now it's good and bad bateria competing with yeasts. This all messes with digestion, leads to 'leaky gut', increased immune response, & a degree of malnutrition due to malabsorption.

This is essentially what ive been able to piece together.
