Forgot, they acquired another scam. In the release you posted they claim the business was doing $2-3mil in EBITDA....where did those earnings go once ATIS took over? Fictious? ..Greenshift was around for 10 yrs and did nothing but lose money. Also why would ATIS pay over $18mi to buy this garbage ... just another derelict move by management that has screwed us as shareholders.At least when they had the garbage biz you understood what they were doing.
