Mad J. and his collaborator’s can’t even get their SEC filings in sync; the Dec. 11, 2018 S-3 registration claims 49,274,835 shares outstanding after the offering, and the Mar. 12 10-Q claims 42,283,561 shares outstanding.

Which is it? Even Mad J. doesn't know, or his pal The Lemon...

This is the nature of fraudsters like Mad J., and scams like MMEX.

Unfortunately for the MMEX STRONG, they never seem to read the filings...
