Asking the Lehman Board for some input.

My LB’s 525esc and 524esc’s were purchased 9+ yrs ago in February 2010. Until recently, I have not kept up with the filings and discussions. So…now, I am finally playing catch-up and reading the documents.

Well…I still have some respectful “Why” questions and I’m attempting to understand the current situation.

1. “Why” are my 525’s and 524’s listed as esc (escrow) and not trading? I have read on the Board that they merged into OBS. As for me, I do not know or understand the purpose or potential value of an OBS.

2. “Why” are the preferred K-L-M-N’s allowed to be traded. I understand that these ‘P’s are made up of Capital Trusts. My obvious question to ask is: Why are the Hedge Funds etc. not purchasing these ‘P’s??
