The Millions of microbusinesses can find them and use them as new suppliers. The larger SME can do the billing, collections and records-keeping from the one emailmoni app, even discounting. The one app can even be funding accounts at multiple banks--where an SME may want its own credit-worthiness looking superior.
--A tiny SME may simply want the convenience of the single app becoming a private bank of billing, collections, and payments in the email address. The Nigerians appear to intend the expanded uses of the digital options. Creating an email address is promoted as a step up into better business practice at any rate.
