Last PR stated RSHN and GRP$ working on Forms 1-A and Regulation A, also uplisting in the works, the quarterly you are referring to is the most timely and expensive of the quarterlies to prepare. Most believe the quarterly will be released very soon and the delay is probably related to the 1-A and reg A process. Being thorough too, as described in the last PR. Instead of some BS letter from some no name lawyer or law firm as is normally done in stinky pinky land. Legitimization occurring here.
