That's the thing, without assets it's not worth where it is now.
Even if he comes up with a new "acquired" company, he's going to need new money for that.
A don't forget, in order to "unwind" those other deals, attorneys will be needed and possible court cost if they fight him. Where is that money going to come from when you don't have a revenue source?
