As of March 12, 2019, there were 42,283,561 shares of Class A common stock, $0.001 par value, issued and outstanding and 15,000,000 shares of Class B common stock, $0.001 par value, issued and outstanding.

The MMEX-scam financial projections are a total fantasy, a complete fabrication.

Anyone with sector knowledge understands that an isolated topping unit cannot operate in cash-flow positive mode. This is even more problematic for MMEX-scam, as the proposed Phase I rudimentary topping unit could not produce any directly marketable product. The unit MMEX-scam proposes could generate only ATB, AGO, and LGO, none of which can be used directly without further refining.

Adding to MMEX-scam’s problem, the isolated, stranded site, with no access to crude oil transmission, or refined product transmission pipelines would suffer tremendous margin hits, because OTR tanker and rail are the most expensive ways to transport crude or partially refined products.

MMEX...Just wait till they start name dropping the partners...Get ya some!!

This company will be generating lots of revenue soon enough and will be in business a great many years from now.
