These are some seriously sloppy people.

"Within the next few days, the Distributor will send a truck to Tauranga’s fulfillment facility and take possession of the above-mentioned product."
Where is Tauranga's fulfillment facility? Why does it sound like they'll be doing that under cover of darkness. Will it be a BIG truck? What color will it be?

Geez. Everything this guy does seems like it's his first time doing it.
