I am thinking AHAG shareholders after AHAG is acquired will get a cash payment as well as shares of the acquiring company.

ENS is at $68 so lets run some scenarios making some assumptions.

Lets assume they don't want to pay much cash and want to do mainly a stock deal.

Assume 10M CASH and 740M Stock.

If one looks at AHAGs share structure of 7.1M (lets assume 7M to keep math easy) then one gets this...

10M/7M = $1.42 per AHAG share
740M/7M=$105 USD of stock at $68=1.55 ENG shares

So if this is true the 750M that would be crazy- .50 cents is nothing

If a PR came out with details it might go like this...

For each share of AHAG you will get $1.42 cash and 1.55 shares of ENG

AHAG would begin to move to that price which would be far higher than .50 cents IMO

I guess the next step is to wait for some 8Ks and some merger details

This could be HUGE

If indeed AHAG is acquired for 750M this could go to TENS of dollars per share maybe even to $100 per share if you wait and take delivery and then cash out
