...what on earth does the Qualcomm decision you posted have to do with Andrea? Additionally, please explain how - even IF Andrea wins their small nuisance lawsuit - the shareholders benefit after Fortress takes their share (all)of any winnings? After Doug pays himself whatever is left over?

Is your claim that because Apple infringed Qualcomm's patents.. it therefore follows that they also must have infringed Andrea's patents? That makes no sense.

I suggest you read the terms of the Fortress agreement. There is no "big paycheck for all."
