THIS is exactly why people will by a stock trading at .0077

1. ALL the insiders have to hold their shares for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the time their shares were issued. That clock started at merger time I believe Feb 2018.

2. The amount of insider shares were decreased by 400,000,000 common shares with the removal of Devon and Phil. Let me say that again...

400,000,000 common shares were taken off the table and not replaced!!!!

3. The 1A has been approved by the SEC!!

4. Any day the caveat emptor status, skull and cross bone symbol, will be removed and will be at PINK CURRENT STATUS!

5. In the 1A they have been approved to sell 1b shares at .005 to raise money for the pilot program to assemble the PAS units. BUT.....there is word that no more than 400m max will be needed to do so!

6. Our share structure is insane. Unheard of on the OTC!!! 207m OS with less than 50m float. After the max raise by the 1A we will have 1.2b OS.....BUT as mentioned before, more than likely that OS will not go above 607m


7. $VTXB HAS NO DEBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
