Stock halted right after open last week. Then Friday massive over 25 million volume a quad-witching they are reporting as many brokerages, etc created a massive imbalance in JCP shares !!

This is ridiculous and the practice of loaning out a shareholders' owned shares to shortsell and such needs to be eliminated all together ! It is criminally wrong as you CANNOT have more shares than what is legally issued !!!
