otcx runs this show here and may give you a few thousand in the low .01s but then once you buys some the bot will manipulate the price and walk it up to the high .01s which is too much to pay right now

so either a bunch of small trades over a few weeks time to stay in the low .01s or pay high 1s and watch otcx under cut you the next day and walk it back down to low 1s laughing at the profit they made off you.
