Seriously? In this country right and wrong hardly matter in the legislative process, lobbyists and campaign war chests do.

There will be no mandate, just ask Senator Mitch McConnell, who depends on tobacco farmers, warehouse owners, and processors for dough. A recently posted article stated that the mandate proposal is currently being reviewed in the White House, so good luck.

I would be happy if just VLN were allowed to be sold in order to compete fairly for market share and can't understand at all why it hasn't been, to date.

At some point in one's investing life, you come to realize that these microcap companies are lucky to get Tier 2 managers. The bigger companies pay more, present more opportunities and, therefore, usually attract the best talent. Unless there's a do-good cause involved, maybe, but then they'd just go to work for something like the Gates Foundation, I suppose.
