It would be silly to accept a buyout before the expansion is midstream. The company has to build its worth to get its worth.

Since the owners have been in the hearing biz for a generation or two, this isn’t going to be a quick shop opening to sell to a franchise king.

If a buyout ever happens, it won’t be for five years or more
