To my ears

It is crystal clear joe is in over his head big time.

He is wayyyyy to conservative to be running a growth op.

The growth has overwhelmed his ability to continue it.

He doesn’t have one iota of growth experience.

If they had known it they would have been prepared before the farm bill

And he would have bought more shares on the open market

Not hiring help in 2018 is a clear sign he won’t catch up anytime soon
