But if they know they will shortly be announcing some news that will drastically improve the share price, buying now would be illegal insider trading... so maybe their NOT buying now is a good thing for the near term? Unless they are always allowed to buy, but can't share information that isn't public. I'm not 100% versed on insider trading laws.
