I will clarify my intent. It covers info pertaining to the 3rd party, for those who are a party to the agreement. So yes, the parties cannot publicly implicate a 3rd party. However, that does not mean there was not a 3rd party that acted unethically, behaved poorly, could be liable, etc. Not a part of the suit but the NDA could be in place to suppress the parties to the NDA from implicating said 3rd party publicly.

Bottom line, the main point still stands. The dots are out there for all to connect, despite any misinformation others may try to disseminate. Each investor should do their own DD and understand what we have here. There is a reason the price is going up and up and up. People are figuring it out. GLTA. CMGO$
