Hi Loc,

No matter how we look at this they need money

True, they need money. You could be correct that they'll want to vote to authorize shares soon. But I don't think there's any possibility they'll actually issue the shares without news. They'd be out of their minds to sell shares near the current price of .05, assuming the patent win is as big as I think it is.

I hope one of the following options is under active negotiation at this time:

1. Intel agrees to buy the patent and pay for the past use of it.
2. Intel buys HDVY outright.
3. Someone other than Intel (large corporation or legal firm) with deep pockets wants to fund HDVY's legal bills upfront in exchange for a percentage of the win.
4. Another corporation buys HDVY and they fight Intel after HDVY shareholders have pocketed.

HDVY screwed up when they took $600,000+ from Vermillion and had no royalty deal. I seriously doubt that Intel wants to pay ongoing royalties to HDVY. Nor do they want to buy the patent and pay past damages (billions ?).

I suspect Intel will prefer to drag their feet and file legal challenges for years, and assume that HDVY will have long since faded into oblivion before Intel has to pay anything. Intel probably has some competitors who would like a piece of their action. I would prefer that HDVY gets bought out now, by someone other than Intel. If it's someone other than Intel, then it probably means they had more than one offer and the price is fair.
