I'm having trouble understanding the argument.. because Apple infringed Qualcomm's patents.. it therefor follows that they also must have infringed Andrea's patents?
LLLOLLOLLOL
One minor difference I can see right away: Qualcomm is a very large, very legitimate company that invests heavily in research and has sales of over 20 billion annually. Their revenues come from actual products. They spend 15 million dollars PER DAY on research and development.
Andrea is a scummy little patent troll company that survives on one time revenue boosts from nuisance lawsuits. The market footprint for their actual products is nonexistent; they sell less than a million dollars worth of product per year. The Girl Scouts sell twice as much product PER DAY than Andrea does all year.
