Because I've checked. That's how I know. And if the rest of you would bother to check, maybe you would stop the false accusations and stop condemning someone who may really just be trying to keep you from being hurt by the same kind of scam he pulled a few years ago. And if he IS cooperating with the SEC as part of some agreement, SO WHAT! It's doing service to others if that is the case and he can stop dishonest people and companies from preying on innocent investors.

p.s. - You need to change your screename. Really. It's a classic oxymoron.
