All this talk about shorting erhe, assume the claim that a $2.50/share deposit is required to short stocks under $1.

Think about that; if someone shorted 50 million shares of erhe at $.0002, the absolute maximum profit they could make would be $10,000 (and that's if erhe goes to zero). If this were applied, they would have to pay a $125 million deposit fee.

So to recap this:

Put up $125,000,000 for the possibility to make at best $10,000

Just more common sense proof that no one shorts a stock this close to zero

$2.50 a share deposit fee per share when shorting shares that sell for $1.00 or less "Electronically".
