gers.. Aside from all the proof you guys showed, It was the underlying SINISTER motives that seemed to power the Man's actions and thoughts, which irritated and bothered me? He seemed to want to hurt people, as if they were Devils, and that is untrue from the word GO! Many actions taken by just about all Penny CEO's are arguable from the FACE VALUE of it all, but all P-Co's have severe problems to deal with which are never easy to answer? Sometimes they just have to do things that seem idiotic to us, even Ill-intentioned to some, but those concerns are emotionally derived and not based on the serious realities?
GERS has enough problems to have Naysayers attack at every moment, even though they might have "Appearing" rights to make such claims? But isn't it enough already, though I am almost sure that the SEC sees the difference between honest claims and Hatred, and laughs when they see another claim coming from a truly disgruntled Individual who just wants to get his way?
Yes, the whole Penny Stock experience is "Turtle slow" most of the time, and replete with errors or suspect actions that keep the PPS down to low levels, so it Rattles the minds of some, who think that good ideas alone are what should propel their Stocks into the upper atmosphere, which is further from the reality of it all? Many good ideas are left to wither away into nothing simply because the problems are too daunting to manage?
By the way, I have "TWO" of those right now, where the products are somewhat revolutionary, but lack of money, inexperienced Management, and NO Management/Ownership whatsoever, Grounded both of them, without much hope of them rising from the ashes any time soon, if not forever? A sad fact of life in this treacherous Investment field! I had high hopes too, but didn't cry foul when I knew extenuating circumstances made the Co's stop progress, so I just had to take things as they were, and just live with it! One of them saw the CEO PASS AWAY suddenly and had no one else to take over! That one still Languishes on the shelves until some fearless soul comes to the Rescue? I can't see that one languishing on the shelves forever, as the Revolutionary Electronic Device will attract someone someday IMO?
So what am I supposed to do complain all the time, though I did send feelers out to certain Co's, but I guess that they already had enough on their tables to take on another product that had much development or changes yet to accomplish? So I just wait and hope?? No matter how much I might cry, I cannot reverse what has taken place! GLTA!!!
