I believe it was fast tracked because FIPS was granted two months prior to my estimate even though some Departments of the US Government were "shutdown". The shut down; was over one month. What I can not discover is who that high ranked official that moved it through the swamp.

I won't guess on this board because if I was that official, Agency, or Department; I would not want my Agency plan to be spread to the world.

The fact of a fast track can not be disputed. My logic can not be disputed.

Did anyone see the news this week that Red China / PRC has now hacked the US Navy and it's suppliers? "I'm shocked; shocked"

New future customers. Each supplier should have a contract requirement stating top security CLOK anti hack measures should be on their computers. Every computer would generate 30,000$ in revenue.

If you can read what was loaded onto any Navy ship; you can determine it's mission. How stupid can we, THE US Navy be?

USAF; Nukes, every drone, all jets and planes.

Navy and Coast Guard; every ship, all Carrier assets.

Army, huge numbers.

USA Public Water , gas, electric; every system should be on CLOK
