Im "almost" certain this is the reason for silence. Any PR needs to be ok'ed with Amtronics and the Indian Government. Why rock the boat for some noise on I-Hub.

Steve is thinking BIG and with payments received and other proposals more than likely in the works, and repeating India anywhere in the world, an exchange upgrade (which as been talked about before) may be in play at a date down the line.
