Of all the reasons-NNRX-gave for-terminating-Waldron, this is among-most-compelling: NO WAY will they/ can they deal with each other again, they've both seen to that:

From their last Monday's email, "To reiterate, Mr. Waldron is not part of our operations or our future."

Farming in Maine is not currently legal – there is a moratorium on farming in Maine for all cannabis and hemp. Waldron attempted to commit NNRX to the purchase of a building for a genetics/cultivar lab in Maine without 1) having any licensing possible for the location and 2) signed his name to a contract to purchase when only the CEO of the company can commit the organization to a purchase of this magnitude. In the best light possible, this represents gross negligence.

- State and County jurisdictions don't always mesh yet with each other and federal despite new, more lenient federal and state laws. There are also limited licenses and restrictions.

Why didn't NNRX/ Bishop's crew do their DD and learn about Maine's moratorium in the first place? Why'd it take so long to realize the many obstacles and let shareholders know?
I can see not knowing about and trusting Waldron on some financials etc. - they have egg on their faces and I don't mean tasty Sunday brunch, they have to do xlnt DD this time, starting with, if they're gonna promote hemp/weed farming make sure it's even legal in the state (and county) they're in. (In CA for example, there's a moratorium in San Bernardino Cty when Nipton is where ERB- pinned its hopes for a weed city and educational center but they never found that out until too late - for now - basic DD, SMH at these companies).

We WILL get a solid PR from NNRX/ Bishop IMO any day now, and they promised Monday e-newsletter updates, expecting a better week. Easy back to .003's+ on any solid news.

It's "just money," enjoy it but can't let being upset about losing sometimes get in the way of enjoying your life.
