I assume it means you are not happy with the stock price and are accusing CEO Berman of malfeasance. Below is a definition of malfeasance:
malfeasance
n. intentionally doing something either legally or morally wrong which one had no right to do. It always involves dishonesty, illegality, or knowingly exceeding authority for improper reasons.
OK, where is your proof that DECN CEO intentionally did something legally or morally wrong. Using words like "I'm pis*ed at him" or "I hate him" won't cut it, especially since you have never met the CEO, spoken to him, or written to him. Show real documented proof that the CEO has committed crimes. Accusing someone of malfeasance is accusing the person of crimes. TAUG's failed paid consultant, someone who actually knows about crimes and jails, makes book on this type of talk. He is no more right than you are. Nonetheless show that proof.
