It might not be news, per se, but it's a decent round up of the situation from both sides:

"Altria last year told the F.D.A. that it would oppose any effort to reduce nicotine levels in cigarettes, and disputed the agency’s authority to do so." So, litigation for possibly years.

How about this, is this news?

On Friday, XXII closed at -36% off it's one year high.
On Friday, PM closed at -11% off it's one year high, and
MO was down -12%.

So, who do investors think will win this battle?

But Henry's going to keep busy waiting on the FDA, because, why?
