Except it looks like they gave up then settled a lawsuit and it spread to Texas and Louisiana.

So add $52 million to just the government expenditures. One of the recommended treatments for control was copper. Looks it was wiped out twice but this strain is different. Perhaps resistant to copper?

Sounds like I found a party that might be interested. The USDA. They sound interested and produce these nerdy power points theyre so interested. Thats a level of interest.
