I confirmed with the Transfer Agent on Friday the O/S listed on OTC Markets is incorrect. They put in a ticket to have it corrected. The correct O/S is 20,124,080 as of Nov 6, 18. vnrenergy.com/shares/

So by my math, there is approximately 6,921,558 shares in the float of $VNRR
