Nobody's answered this question "Why would Steve pay 25 grand for the offering and filing SEC documents just for kicks to make investors think he's got a big whale on the hook. He could get just issue stock if he was just raising some cash. Oh by the way, filing fake SEC documents is a crime I believe. GO ONCI
