First, they must be sautéed in fine butter with plenty of garlic. Remove from pan and add one cup of heavy cream. Bring to a light simmer and reduce to half volume. Add salt and pepper to taste with a twist of fresh lemon juice. Return books to the pan until heated through. Inspect pages to ensure that all entries are no longer legible.

Serve with pasta tossed with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh Italian parsley. Enjoy!
